- 2 Carrots, large
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 small handfulFlatleaf parsley + more
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 2 Onions, medium
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 3 sprigs Thyme, fresh
- 1 400g can Tomatoes
- 500 g Waxy potatoes, small
Canned Goods
- 1 heaped tbspTomato puree
- 450 ml Vegetable stock
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, cracked
- 4 heaped tbspPaprika
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
- 1 Scant 1/2 tbsp of butter
