Butter #Chicken


Butter Chicken, or Murgh Makhani, is a classic Indian chicken recipe made with tender juicy chicken pieces cooked in creamy, mildly spiced tomato sauce.

  • 1 cup Chicken stock, low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable or canola oil

  • 1/4 cup Cashews, ground
  • 2 tbsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

  • 1 stick 8 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Cream
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain full-fat
