Quick and easy Raspberry Scones with Almonds which are baked in one large cake and sliced up to share. Recipe using fresh or frozen raspberries.

- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 handful Demerera sugar
- 1 Icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Plain flour
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup Vanilla sugar or caster sugar
Nuts & Seeds
- 1 handful Almonds, flaked
Dairy
- 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup Full cream milk
