Instant Pot Meatloaf with mashed potatoes is made with a mixture of ground beef and ground turkey as well as delicious Yukon Gold potatoes. It's an easy dinner recipe that the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients

Meat

• 2 lb Ground beef

Produce

• 4 clove Garlic
• 1 tsp Sage, dried
• 1/2 cup Sweet onion
• 3 lb Yukon gold potatoes

Refrigerated

• 2 Egg, large

Condiments

• 1 tsp Bouillon paste
• 12 tbsp Catsup
• 4 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
• 6 tbsp Brown sugar, light
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 1 1/4 tsp Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Dairy

• 3 tbsp Butter
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup Sour cream

Liquids

• 1 cup Water
